The Go Noles Hall of Fame


The requirement for being in this sites Hall of Fame is simple, GREATNESS! Only the Greatest of the greatest of the greatest are enshrined. I give you the inductees into the Go Noles Hall of Fame:

WR FRED BILETNIKOFF 1965: FSU All-American and NFL Hall of Fame as an Oakland Raider. Super Bowl XI MVP and his namesake grace the top college wide receiver award.

NG RON SIMMONS 1980: FSU All-American and finished 9th in the Heisman voting as a DL. He is a member of the Orange Bowl Hall of Fame, and College Football Hall of Fame. He is more commonly known as the WWF now WWE Wrestler Faarooq.

CB DEION SANDERS 1988: FSU All-American and Thorpe Award winner in 1988 as the best Defensive Back in all of college football. Played both MLB and NFL and is most assured will be a future NFL Hall of Famer. 2-Time Super Bowl Champion with the Dallas Cowboys and 49ers. Only person ever to hit a MLB Homerun and score a NFL TD in a 24 hour period.
College Football News named Sanders #8 in its list of 100 Greatest College Football Players of All-Time.
The Sporting News named Sanders #37 in their Top 100 Football Players of the Century released in 1999.
ESPN named Sanders #74 in its list of the 100 Great Athletes of the Century released in 1999.

QB CHARLIE WARD 1993: FSU All-American and 1993 Heisman Award Winner. Led Florida State to its first ever National Championship on 1993.Played Basket ball for FSU as well which ultimately led to his 11 year NBA career mostly with the New York Knicks.
