Top 10 FSU Players

Going into the 2009 FSU Football season I will rank the Top 10 football players with about 3 honorable mentions. These will change week to week once the season starts and based on performance a more accurate list will be compiled.
1. Rodney Hudson (JR OG) 1st Team ALL ACC. Preseason ALL AMERICAN. Just watch this guy on replays of touchdowns. He is always bringing the pain to the Defense.
2. Dakota Watson (SR LB) SPEED, SPEED, and more SPEED. solidified this spot with an outstanding Champs Sports Bowl that included a fumble recovery for a TD that made Wisconsin look as if they were standing still.
3. Patrick Robinson (SR CB) Very experienced and athletic player in the Noles secondary. Has the potential to make a huge difference this year. ALL ACC candidate.
4. Jermaine Thomas (SO RB) Averaged 7.0 yards per carry as a true freshman. Stronger, faster, and runs behind the best OL in the ACC. Dark Horse Heisman candidate if he can stay healthy in years to come.
5. Ryan McMahon (RS JR C) No question in my eyes that he is the best Center in the Conference. A monster from day one when he came over from the defensive side.
6. Christian Ponder (RS JR QB) Solid QB. Very intelligent and agile. Throws well and runs well. Potential to be the best Jimbo ever coached. ALL ACC Candidate.
7. Markus White (JR DE) Looking for the next great DE from FSU.....well here he is. Played behind Everett Brown but will make his own name this season.
8. Nigel Bradham (SO LB) This season will be the breakout year for this guy. He will re-establish the fear that M. Jones, D. Brooks, and S. Cowart brought to the field.
9. Bert Reed (RS SO WR) Has all the tools but can he stay on the field without getting in trouble. If he has matured then we should see big things from him.
10. Greg Reid (FR CB) That's right.........Mr. Reid is going here. He will make a difference from day one. I watched P. Harvin's and R. Bush's High School clips and this guy is off the charts as well. He will make big plays at CB and returning the football on Special Teams.
Honorable Mention:
Brandon Jenkins (FR DE) early enroll has shown he can be a stud.
Andrew Datko (SO OT) Freshman All American is only getting better.
Louis Givens (SR WR) All he does is make plays at WR and ST.
Moses McCray (SO DT) forced into immediate playing time last year. He can be a force.
Jarmon Fortson (SO WR) showed signs of brilliance and will be getting major playing time to prove himself.
Jacobbi McDaniel (FR DT) Will get significant Playing Time and is being compared to Warren Sapp.
